KEHINDE AKINTOBI'S PROFILE

KEHINDE PIX.jpgKehinde Akintobi  is a graduate of Philosophy interested in helping individuals and businesses to perform better. He is engaged with Human Leadership Resources as a Human Resource Analyst and Recruitment Specialist.  Over the years, he has expressed a passion to affect human lives in 5 key areas: career, business, personal development, leadership and national reorientation and has been involved in organizing, facilitating and coordinating related initiatives in private employment and during his spare time. These include the Empire by Enterprise Monthly Classes (A business teaching session by Grace Business School), The Seminar Banquet (a series of life skills sessions and talks) by Harris Phillips Life Skills and Learning Center), Career Edge Seminars (a Career Counseling and Job Search Programme) at Afterschool Graduate Development Centre and The Youth Leadership Programme, The Singles’ Summit and What’s New/ Career Network Series (at Solomon’s Porch, a Youth Church within RCCG, Wisdom City, Surulere). In May 2010, Kehinde picked up the 2 an essay titled  “Creating a Positive Global Image: The Place of Film”. He has contributed several articles to Timeless Newspaper, operates 2 blogs (kehindeakintobi.blogspot.com and kehindeakintobi.wordpress.com) and has served on an editorial team (amongst others) to contribute regular weekly articles to Business Day newspaper. He has also contributed an article to Guardian newspapers under the Youth Leadership forum. On the 7 2010, he was also a guest on a Channels Television Programme “Rubbing Minds” to discuss the subject of youth employability. Kehinde’s career has seen him work within human and organizational development promoting organizations such as Grace Business School/ Grace Recruitment Agency, Career Forte, Harris Phillips Life skills and Learning Centre, Afterschool Graduate Development Centre and Oak Consult Limited. He has professional/student memberships with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, Nigeria and the Nigerian Institute for Training and Development. On a national scale, Kehinde has been involved in organizing  “The Elitist Shift” in February 2009, a societal awareness programme that focused on promoting societal influence amongst elites and  “One Man, One Vote” in April 2011; focused on fighting voter apathy and encouraging the selection of credible candidates in the national elections. Kehinde has over the years developed the passion to research and share basic principles that are critical for individuals and organizations to enhance clear direction, better performance and results. He is a native of Abeokuta, Ogun State and an enterprising and proud citizen of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
